Spotless Serrano Cleaning will provide deep cleaning services to the best of our ability within the allotted time. Please note that we do not move furniture or large appliances for safety and liability reasons. All deep cleaning services are billed at a rate of $110.00 per hour, and the client agrees to this rate upon booking. We guarantee a minimum of three (3) professional cleaners on-site to complete the job efficiently.

For any cleaning session that exceeds four (4) hours, our team is entitled to a 30-minute lunch break, which will not be billed to the client. If the cleaning process exceeds ten (10) hours, we will return the following day to complete the remaining work, continuing at the same hourly rate. The client is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the space is ready for cleaning by removing personal items that may obstruct the cleaning process.

While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, Spotless Serrano Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before the cleaning begins. Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise arranged. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply for late notice.

By booking a deep cleaning service with Spotless Serrano Cleaning, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
