We wish to bring to your attention that our pricing structure is specifically designed for weekly cleaning services and is contingent upon the number of individuals residing in the designated space. The rates provided are calculated to address the average level of mess generated by an individual over a one-week period, ensuring a high standard of cleaning service.
Please be advised that additional fees may be incurred if the aforementioned criteria are not met. We appreciate your understanding and consideration of our services.
Furthermore, Spotless Serrano Cleaning LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing on a subscription basis at the end of each month. Any revised quote will be provided and is subject to client acceptance. Clients retain the right to cancel their subscription at any time; however, if cancellation occurs in the middle of the monthly service period, a fee amounting to 25% of the total cost of service will be charged. If cancellation is made after the final cleaning of the month, no additional fees will be incurred.
