Welcome to Spotless Serrano Cleaning LLC By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this page carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when using our services.
At Spotless Serrano Cleaning LLC, we provide a variety of cleaning services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep oven cleaning, bed making, and other specialized services. The specific services to be provided will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process, and any additional services requested may incur extra charges. Our team will work to meet your needs, but we cannot guarantee that every aspect of a cleaning service will meet all expectations, as certain tasks may require additional attention or follow-up.
To book our services, you can either visit our website, call, or email us directly. Once a booking is confirmed, we will provide you with the details of the scheduled service. Payment for all services is due upon completion of the cleaning, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or cash. Prices for our services vary depending on factors such as the size of the property, the type of service requested, and any special requests made. A detailed quote will be provided before any service is performed.
We ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $40.00, and failure to reschedule within the same timeframe may result in additional charges. If you need to reschedule, please notify us promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
As a client, it is your responsibility to ensure that our cleaning staff has safe and unrestricted access to the property at the agreed-upon time. You should also ensure that the area to be cleaned is free of any personal items, valuables, or fragile objects. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items that are not properly secured. Additionally, you must ensure the property is safe for our staff to work in, addressing any hazards or safety risks in advance. This includes securing pets and informing us of any specific safety requirements or allergies our team should be aware of.
While we take every care to ensure your property is treated with respect, we are not liable for damages to personal belongings that were not identified or secured before cleaning. We also cannot be held responsible for health issues arising from the use of cleaning products, unless caused by our own negligence. Our team is fully trained to perform all cleaning tasks professionally, but we do not guarantee that every service will meet all expectations. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours so that we can assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include re-cleaning or a partial refund.
Our cleaning staff are trained to provide professional, courteous, and respectful service. They will not engage in any activities beyond the scope of the cleaning tasks agreed upon. All employees maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. We value your privacy and will not share any personal information you provide to us with third parties, except as required by law. The data we collect will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or other situations that prevent us from delivering services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. However, we are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to such events.
If any disputes arise in connection with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, we will address disputes through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws of United States, Minnesota. The jurisdiction for any legal matters will be Columbia Heights, Minnesota.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of these updates.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify Spotless Serrano Cleaning LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your use of our services or your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to hold us harmless from any third-party claims related to your actions, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or loss.

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we believe a client is engaging in unlawful activities, creating unsafe working conditions, or failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We will notify the client of any such termination in writing.
